Our lab designs and creates novel computer vision techniques that can be used in plant phenotyping to advance high computing analytics. We also simulate environments using multi-agent systems, and compute resilience assessments in ecological domains. We use super computing, high-throughput computing, big data, multi-agent modeling, and other computer science technologies to investigate this area. Read more about our recent work.
